A Safe Place to Protect Precious Futures
OUR COMMITMENT
Protecting each of our children is a sacred trust. Our mandatory trainings, background checks, protocols, and facilities contribute to the daily safety of each student. Each and every person at Nativity is called to an integrated culture of safety, where each adult is proactive, preventative, aware, and committed to reducing risk. This can all be done while maintaining a joyful and peaceful atmosphere.
Virtus: Protecting God’s Children
-
Extensive training for every member of clergy, professional staff, and even volunteer who will work with your children.
-
We require background checks, Code of Conduct agreements, database tracking, and visitor screening.
-
Students receive annual age appropriate trainings to empower them to be aware of their own warning signs and gives them the tools to advocate for their own safety.

Discipline
We value emotional safety as well as physical. By establishing clear rules and expectations within a school environment, students develop the self-discipline and virtues necessary to make responsible choices and ultimately achieve greater autonomy in their lives.
We try and see Christ in each student and want to model his love through our interactions with them. Love, as Christians understand, does not mean allowing someone to act in ways that are counter to their dignity or the dignity of others.
