My name is Lance Murrow and I am the physical education teacher at Nativity. I was born and raised in Colorado and have been an avid Bronco fan since the day I was born. I graduated from Metropolitan State University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences with a minor in nutrition. After college, I focused on my family and became a stay-at-home dad and soccer coach. Beyond spending time with my family and loving the Broncos, my other passion is tae kwon do. I started tae kwon do at the age of eight, and I became a member of the Colorado State tae kwon do team at age thirteen. I currently hold a third-degree black belt, and over the years I have been active in teaching others the art of tae kwon do as well as participating as a judge for belt testing events.
I am married to my wife Sarah and we have three beautiful daughters who attend Nativity and Holy Family High School. While I may be a little outnumbered at home, I have an additional family member, a German short-hair pointer named Nike. He is happy to take (and be by) my side any chance he gets. My family and I stay very active spending time outdoors and running from one soccer game to the next.
